The scrap material, which is generated during trimming, is returned to the melting furnace via an underground conveyor. Our casting equipment is automated featuring a unique manufacturing method that is both highly productive and very safe. It produces a smooth surface with a minimal number of blowholes. ◆ Melting process • Our melting is centralized with high thermal efficiency. • The molten metal is poured into the holding furnace using launders (troughs) and porters. • We supply clean molten metal with minimal temperature difference by using an electric furnace. ◆ Casting process • Our own automated and systematized facilities enable us to automate processes up to the separation of gates. • Our die temperature control enables us to make products of consistent quality. • Our management system CAMOS allows us to visually monitor the production status. ◆ Main usages Automotive parts, 2-wheel parts, general parts and office machine parts, etc.
