◆ Support for large-size products
We have 250 to 350 ton die casting machines and can support orders for large-size products.
We specialize in making products with a minimal number of blowholes. In order to speculate blowholes, we use an X-ray scanner and perform product analysis to improve the quality of our products.
• Melting and holding furnaces are available to support different material options depending on usage.
• Two types of machines are available depending on usage.
• Our heat treatment features high thermal efficiency, and stable processing is possible in our continuous furnace system.
