"This is a part for medical and rehabilitation equipment with a size of 30 mm x 50 mm x 80 mm. The material is A5052. We used FANUC ROBODRILL α-T21iD and Seibu M50B wire cut machine. We have vertical machining centers, 5-axis machining centers, NC lathes, wire cuts, and surface grinders, and have a track record of processing a wide range of genres such as infrastructure-related, medical-related, and hobby-related items. We have experience in handling prototypes for sheet metal processing from one piece. The outside perimeter of this product is finished after laser processing, and bending is performed after burring and tapping. As shown in the photo, there are several bends and the U-shaped tip is bent further inward, thus bending it into the product shape will be impossible if the order of bending is incorrect. Precision aluminum processing: We can produce mirrors simply by cutting (using special cutting tools) aluminum material (A5052). We have achieved surface roughness of Ra0.02 (Ry0.15 - 0.30) by cutting with machining tools! Note: Cut mirrors have different properties from polished mirrors.
