The terms of use of Order

• The terms of use are applied to the services 'Procurement info/info about subcontract factory'('the services'). The services are available for the people agree with the following terms.

• To use the services and post a project, you need to apply NC member or EMIDAS member. If you register the unreal or disingenuous info, we unregister your member info and the info you registered.
• Only EMIDAS dues-paying member can apply for an order.
• We are not responsible for the impact of the contents you registered, for example fallaciousness, injustice, threat, defamation, and so on. We are not responsible for the disadvantages related to the services. Take responsibility for your actions, please.
• We do not take responsibility for the problem in the situation that you violate laws of foreign as well as Japanese.
• If you have the situation below, we would like to unregister your member info.
  • You cause the trouble on the system or our website.
  • We judge that you may have a legal or social problem.
  • You may violate the other's right or safe.
  • We judge that the info that you regstered is obviously incorrect or bring confusion to operations.
  • The info that you registered is improper.
  • You run ads not related to the contract.
  • There is a untrue info on the info of EMIDAS member or NC member, or you could not contact us easily.
  • We judge that you are disqualified.
• We may delete an info without agreement and limit access to our services. We do not take responsibility for the disadvantages given from them.
• We check the contents registered as much as possible, however it does not guarantee the contents accurate.
• The info that you registered sometimes displays on the other website, and you should agree with that.
• To maintenance systems or equipments, we may stop/edit the Services or functions without notice.
• Rules of registration for EMIDAS and NC member
  • E-mail address:You are not allowed to register free e-mail address.
  • Telephone: you can not register mobile phone number.
  • We cancel the registration uneasy to confirm.
• The copyright of the design of the services and the system is reserved by NC network Co., Ltd.
• This terms may change without notice.
