In April 2013, our company started joint venture with PT. MEKAR ARMADA JAYA as the 47th company of the Indonesian financial conglomerate NEW ARMADA group.
At the start-up, 4 engineers from our Philippines factory were stationed to train the local staff, and only two months after the operation, we made an advanced progressive die. Now, the local staff alone handles everything from mold design and manufacturing to stamping parts processing. As a mold maker, we also sell progressive molds.
At our Indonesian factory, we process pressed parts mainly for automobile related parts.
This product is required to have a shear surface length of 80% for the gear part.
High-level mold accuracy and press working know-how are necessary in order to achieve that requirement.
Our local staff are in charge of mold design, manufacturing, stamping parts processing, and quality control.
