Cold drown Square Bars are made using SS400 and S45C steel grades, and are available in a wide range of sizes from S4 to S100. The dimensional tolerance is set to h11, enabling them to meet the high precision required for various industrial applications. It is important to note that our SS400 polished steel bars, although equivalent to SGD400-D in tensile strength, are made by drawing processing materials such as SGD3, AISI1018, SWRM8~10, SGD1, etc., and do not match the JIS standard SS400.
