At Iwaki, we can support a variety of requests including squeeze die casting with standard materials such as aluminum and zinc, etc. Our metal casting technology lineup includes vacuum die casting, low pressure casting, insert casting, and high speed casting. We draw up the best solutions from our customer’s requests, by utilizing these technologies and selecting the right materials, casting equipment and finishing process, etc. With a long record of high quality, our quality control system covers maintenance for dies and casting machines and ensures complete reliability for mass produced products.

One of our highest priorities at Iwaki Diecast Co., Ltd. is to adopt measures to preserve the environment. In all aspects of our corporate activities, we shall engage in business practices that actively consider environmental preservation, and we shall contribute to community development.
○ Policy
Iwaki Diecast Co., Ltd. shall operate environmental management, based on the policy outlined below when engaging in our core business activities: production of die casting products, metal injection molded parts, etc.
1. We shall always recognize the environmental impact concerning our activities, products and services. We shall promote measures to prevent the contamination of the environment, review those measures on a regular basis, and engage in continuous improvement projects for our environmental management system.
2. We shall adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, agreements, and customer requirements to which we have consented, related to our activities, products, and services. In addition, we shall establish our original standards for management in order to comply with the items above.
3. In all areas of our corporate activities, we shall adopt continuous improvement measures focusing on pollution prevention, waste reduction, energy savings, and the control of chemical substances and materials contained in products.
4. In order to carry out this environmental policy, we shall set environmental goals and targets for each factory and department. We also shall promote environmental management in all departments and among all employees.
5. In order to carry this environmental policy, we shall keep all employees well informed about this policy and raise awareness concerning environmental preservation. In addition, we shall also work with companies in our business network to gain their understanding and cooperation.
