Our company has been specializing in forging, designing and manufacturing metal products.
As far as the procedures are concerned, we have adapted an integrated process of forging, heat treatment and machine processing. Our current main manufacturing products are hypoid gears, differential gears, reducer parts for automobiles and robot flanges.
TOA factory is located in Kawagoe-chou, Mie, and uses ring mill to do heat forging. ARAI factory is located in Myoukou-chou, Niigata, and specializes in forging by hammers and/or large size pressing machines. The research and development department manages both factories which allows, as a company, to introduce better ideas and products to customers. In addition, to ensure we are capable of introducing such high quality products to our customers, we will keep challenging to improve our technology without being afraid of mistakes.
