- The products of ball cap and ball cap push are designed and manufactured according to ASME standards (E2:1).
- The material used to make the ball cap has a clear origin, ensuring the correct thickness of the cap blank.
- Modern plasma and CNC automatic cutting machines ensure that the blank used to make the ball cap has standard size, without bevels or diagonals due to manual cutting;
- 1500-ton hydraulic press, pressing blanks up to 8000mm in diameter;
- Ball cap rolling machine with different sizes and angles to meet all customer requirements.
Currently, with new manufacturing technology, Dong Anh Pressure Equipment is equipped with additional auxiliary systems such as level 1 dry dust removal, 3-level wet dust removal to ensure the system meets environmental standards according to QCVN19:2009 BTNMT and to improve efficiency, easy and safe operation.
Pressure vessels are designed and calculated using SOFTWARE installed according to ASME - Section VIII - Divison 1 US standards and TCVN 8366
