●Processing technology for micro-precision parts
We specialize in processing aluminum, stainless steel, and difficult-to-cut materials. We are also good at processing micro-drills and end mills.
The processing results are as follow.
～Parallelism, flatness 0.005 (aluminum), ultra-small hole machining φ0.05 (SUS316)～
We are particularly good at precision mass-produced products, with a track record of tolerances of 0.01 to 0.05 and lots of 1,000 to 100,000 pieces.
