30 years experience in high-mix medium-volume production of precision parts processing.
We specialize in flatness, parallelism, and aluminum grinding for thin aluminum plate precision parts, and we get highly praised orders from Kyushu to Kanto.
Aluminum processing, aluminum machine parts, aluminum precision parts processing, aluminum thin plate parts, entrust us with the processing of parts with minor scratches.
We handle production lot starting with prototypes/single items up to 5000 pieces at most.
During the day, we handle high-mix, low-volume production and difficult machining using a work vise to optimize and shorten setups. At night, we run the machinery 24 hours a day while using 10 or 8-sided pallets to cut costs.
With an emphasis on aluminum and AC machining, we specialize in medium mass-production machining. Additionally, we have made significant achievements in processing, such as flatness, parallelism, and parts for equipment used in semiconductors manufacturing.
