We integrate multiple processes in our manufacturing: lathes, milling, quenching and grinding. Taper gauge processing precision, when tightened (12 kg/m 80%+ ensured for each), is within squareness of 0.003, deviation of 0.003 and plane aperture of 0.005. For other precision grinding, we handle a max of φ200 x 200.
In particular, our highest area of expertise is cylindrical grinding and bore grinding of mating parts, as well as tapered mating parts. We handle tolerance on the micron level that cannot be produced simply with machining techniques. This includes square grinding, internal grinding and high-precision tapered grinding.
