Cold-forged shaft is pressed into the cast cover and numerous deep-hole oil hydraulic circuits.
This product become a pioneer in long drill processing.
Deep hole processing at ultra-high speeds is impressive.
We designed our own inspection devices to detect the presence of foreign substances (contamination) in hydraulic circuits dug deeply using long drills.
Other foundations of our line production may be found everywhere, including high-pressure washing for deburring, clean rooms to avoid contamination, pressure and completed dimension inspection equipment, and so on.

An in-house built full-scale inspection equipment put in the automated line measures outer diameter, inner diameter, flatness, and hole location. The measurement findings are transmitted back into the machine for automated adjustment.

Special rolling dies are used to roll unique spline forms (various specifications).
To achieve accurate precision when controlling the outer diameter polishing dimensions, the first product after grinding stone dressing has an automated removal feature that detects dimensional abnormalities early.

Long drilling and thin-wall rolling technologies are utilized to minimize the number of processes and cut costs.
Appearance inspections with image processing are now available in the final appearance room.
Furthermore, automated inspection equipment for main parts have been placed in-line to entirely eliminate the outflow of defective products.
While our company has many automated lines, this is one that purposefully requires manual removal and attachment. However, by fully using mechanisms, it is our quickest line, with workpiece removal and attachment speeds of less than 3 seconds each procedure.
