Hayano Kenko began by performing prototype processing using hydraulic presses and hand punching then expanding into the sheet metal processing. We currently employ ZAS/steel basic molds for prototype processing to mass manufacturing, mostly for the automotive field. We also process products for various industries such as automotive, construction machinery, and vehicle parts. 5 axis machining center We have C40 and C400 made by German maker HERMLE. We have a track record of 5-axis machining for about 15 years, and currently support mainly small-lot product prototyping and mass production machining from vehicle parts, aircraft parts, mold parts, and medical equipment parts.
