Material S25C, processing of round to square. Taper screw for inner diameter tube, PT1 1/4. We processed it by NC lathe and NC milling cutter. At first, we processed it in round shape. 53 mm straight from outer diameter Φ65, corner part R3 is attached. Although it is not visible in the photo, the inner diameter of Φ55 is also processed after the taper screw PT1 1/4 for inner diameter tube is cut by 15 mm. After that, with NC milling cutter, □ 86, and corner part is processed at C0.5. Φ13 drills are opened in 4 places. This product is for bundling various kinds of paper together. This can handle from a single sheet of paper to papers folded in 2,3, ....plurally folded paper. This is also equipped with Double-Feeding Detection System. In Japan, this is generally used for auto-insertion of flyers, pamphlets etc. into daily newspaper. This products is highly expected to have further possible usages in your country. Genesis collator is the labor-saving machinery which combines different varieties of papers to one sheaf. In Japan, we use Genesis collator to gather vehicles known as “Chirashi (flyer)” into a set. Since a copier has an ability to sort papers, it can’t cope with flyers because they come in with different paper qualities and unique ways of folding. The machine proceeds and collates any type of paper in the same way as long as it meets the specific requirement.That is our proud product “Genesis collator". Precision aluminum processing: We can produce mirrors simply by cutting (using special cutting tools) aluminum material (A5052). We have achieved surface roughness of Ra0.02 (Ry0.15 - 0.30) by cutting with machining tools! Note: Cut mirrors have different properties from polished mirrors.
