Material S25C, processing of round to square. Taper screw for inner diameter tube, PT1 1/4. We processed it by NC lathe and NC milling cutter. At first, we processed it in round shape. 53 mm straight from outer diameter Φ65, corner part R3 is attached. Although it is not visible in the photo, the inner diameter of Φ55 is also processed after the taper screw PT1 1/4 for inner diameter tube is cut by 15 mm. After that, with NC milling cutter, □ 86, and corner part is processed at C0.5. Φ13 drills are opened in 4 places.
