We have installed a Markforged 3D printer. The material can be composed of Onyx, a highly heat-resistant micro carbon fiber filled nylon. We also handle PLA in a variety of colors. Even using resin, we are able to produce materials with flexibility, elasticity, frictional force, shock resistance, and vibration absorption qualities similar to rubber. We can also handle plastics with metal-like strength by employing various reinforced grades such as carbon fiber, glass fiber, and high heat-resistant glass fiber. Rather of utilizing a 3D printer to determine the shape of a traditional model, it is now possible to produce replaceable pieces. 3D form processing is also possible. In addition, we also create prototypes before molding, which is difficult with cutting. We will choose the best processing option from among cutting, gluing, welding, and 3D printers, so please contact us if you have any queries about how to proceed.
