Observation and cleaning inside the high temperature furnace

・ High temperature furnace observation endoscope
We use a special observation device that can withstand a temperature of 1600 ° C to observe and inspect the inside of the furnace at high temperatures.

・ Checker scope
By using the checker scope developed by our company, it is possible to accurately observe the clogging status of the checker bricks inside the heat storage chamber.

・ Thermal cleaning
It is a method to clear the clogging by heating the checker bricks from under the heat storage chamber using a jet burner and melting the solid matter.
