We introduced welding robot to automotive parts manufacturers in Aichi Prefecture.
The photo shows a welding robot for manufacturing automotive related stamped parts. This is an example of robotization with 2 welding points and a cycle time of 10 seconds/piece. We linked the rotary type positioner table and robot movement to realize efficient automatic welding.
In order to respond to a variety of flexible production systems, we assumed the manufacture of other parts as well as the relevant parts, examined the installation location of the robot and also made jigs. In addition, for robot teaching, we also followed up the introduction of robots by deriving the optimum solution according to the product and production line.

A robot catches the product (bagged anko bean paste) flowing from the conveyor then packs it into a cardboard box. The weight of the transported product is about 5 to 10 kg. Since it is a soft product packed in a bag, it was necessary to devise so that the product would not fall or slip before being caught, moved, and arranged.
Cycle time is 10 to 12 seconds/piece.

As a result of repeated trial and error and examination, we adopted "air suction type robot hand".
It grabs the product by suction then pack into a cardboard box. It designed with our own know-how so that the bag will not be torn by suction.
After repeated demonstration experiments, we were able to manufacture a complete system as requested by the customer.
