Automobile (trial production)
This heat sink is a mechanical component for production equipment in automotive parts plants and is used in the control panels of production equipment.
When a heat sink is placed in contact with a heat source, the heat source can be cooled naturally in the form of heat being captured and dissipated. Metals such as aluminum, iron, and copper, which have good heat transfer characteristics, are mainly used as materials. The shape of a heat sink is not simply a single plate, but rather a shape with multiple protrusions or plates, because the larger the area in contact with the air, the more efficient the heat dissipation. Thus, heat sinks are highly reliable and easy to miniaturize due to their simple principle and structure and lack of complex devices.
