Press processing and molds (we have more than 2000 sets of molds)
・Since we do not have drawings for the molds provided by the customer, we have to draw the drawings ourselves.
・Since we handle mold design in Thailand, we have a system that can respond to requests such as prototypes, short delivery times, and low costs.
・We also use Thai local outsourcing for mold manufacturing, so we can propose molds with appropriate costs depending on the mold level.
・Frequent deliveries are possible with daily deliveries to Bangkok, Ayutthaya, Chonburi, and Rayong.

Mold proposal
We offer on-site prototyping, support from mold design, and proposals for low-cost molds by utilizing local mold suppliers. Proposal of molds (single-shot molds, progressive molds, cemented carbide molds, etc.) according to the production volume, and maintenance are our own responsibility, so there is no cost to the customer.
Material VA proposal
We handle a variety of materials, so we can propose changes in materials, propose efficient layouts (reduce material costs) in line with mold renewal, and combine multiple processes into one process.
Space-saving proposal
There are daily deliveries to Bangkok, Ayutthaya, Chonburi, and Rayong, enabling frequent deliveries. Therefore, it is possible to solve the problem of "stock is huge and warehouse management is not possible".
