We are specialists in manufacturing using plastic parts in the medical, hygiene, and nursing fields.
Our particular specialty is small plastic parts, and we can produce products with holes drilled as small as 0.02mm. We can also carry out specialized bending of plastic parts. We put these bending techniques to be used in our plastic needle products. Please see "Technology & Products" for more details.

The Bethel Tip 21.
There are a variety of practical applications including dental, medical, and cosmetic containers.

Length, diameter, and shape can be changed.
High thermal conductive resin, recently developed resin material, has remarkable heat conductivity and it has begun to be used for application in parts which requires thermal conductivity in place of metal.
For example, plastics are used in LED light bulb housings and heat sinks, and as replacements for specific metal components in automobile related applications.
However, because there are differences in the thermal conductivity of each component part, in order to determine the original performance of the parts, it is vital to measure the thermal conductivity distribution.
Bethel possesses its own original high thermal conductive resin molding technologies. We carry out preliminary resin flow analysis beforehand; we can verify resin flow characteristics and thermal distribution variation using a thermo wave analyzer (TA).
We have developed nozzles which can be used for a variety of applications including use in the medical, electronic component, and semiconductor industries!
The R section is 70 degrees and the tip 0.5mm, providing an angle and fineness not found in other products!
This makes these nozzles perfect for use in areas that were hard to reach with prior products.

The "Uni Sassa" product, which we developed jointly with businesses from Kamaishi City, Iwate Prefecture, will be on exhibit at the "Good Design Expo 2011" held at the Tokyo Big Sight from 8/26-8/28!
This product enables the efficient removal of the roe from the sea urchin ("uni" in Japanese) shell without damaging the roe. The product is an idea born, based on opinions of producers of sea urchin from the tsunami disaster-struck Sanriku coast.
Once we received a development request for needles used in dental treatment from our customers, we began our integrated production from product development to die design, injection molding, inspection, and packaging.
Development results: Maintaining an opening inner diameter of 0.4mm and including a bend in the needle section makes it easier for dentists to carry out treatment.
We are able to handle all types of orders from small lots to mass production along with assembling, inspecting, packaging, and shipping.
For inspections, all products are inspected within temperature controlled inspection rooms.
We can also carry out pre-shipping sterilization.
